The Abbott Middle School New Campus project was the ground-up construction of a new gymnasium building and two-story classroom/locker room building. Sequencing of construction had to be revised due to the unforeseen shoring needs required at the gymnasium building and elevator changes at the classroom building. Rodan assisted in pushing the schedule to avoid any impact on the school operations by completing the site work and ADA upgrades during the summer months. Rodan was able to successfully complete the project while maintaining the schedule.
