This project included the site work and installation of modular buildings, modular elevator, and canopies. The site work included site and building demolition and all-new related civil, landscaping, utility work, all flatwork, accessible paths, ramps, stairs, fencing, and gates. The installation of (3) new modular two-story fully sprinklered classroom buildings and PC modular elevator including auger cast piers, foundations, mat slab, moment frame modular, and site constructed canopies.
