AV集中营 was selected as the General Contractor for the emergency contract for SFGH Building 80 and 90 elevator rehab. The project consists of a compete rehab of three elevators serving 7 floors in the two buildings. The scope of work consists of major infection control measures, fire alarm upgrades, new fire smoke doors on each floor, replacement of the elevator cabs and controls. Work has been precising phased to allow the client access via at least two working elevators during the entire construction process. Two elevators in Building 80 and the single elevator in building 90 serve specialty health care clinics in the upper stories of the attached, but physically seperate buldings. The three elevators provide more than 400,000 elevator trips per year.
